Introducing Holly

There's nothing like an impulse buy to get your heart racing, though an even better way is to pick yourself up a red convertible! My Dad and I are now shared owners of "Holly" (Jules's little nieces called it a "Hollywood car" when I pulled up in their driveway to show it off!) and it's my car when I'm at home, and his car when I'm away...I think he may have gotten the better end of the deal! We bought it off my uncle who was quite sad to see it go, understandably, she's a beauty!
Holly's a manual 1994 Ford Capri turbo and she's really got some guts in her, fantastic fun to drive and today couldn't have been a more perfect Queensland day to take her home. Not a bad early birthday present for myself I think!!

  1. Lovely! It sure beats a certain Saaaaaaab I can recall :)

  2. Both James and Steve said a Saaaaaaaaaaaaaab would be better than a capri when I took it for a test drive, but Sigfreid never had the guts that Holly does!! :-)

  3. Its not about how much power you have, but how you use it...

  4. Well, considering James was involved in the purchase of Sigfreid I wouldn't listen to him! Unless you like filling up your coolant with water before you leave home.

  5. Sigfreid was a very special car, and I won't hear a bad word against him, but I'm definitely better off with Holly!
