Existential

It's about 8:15am and I just sat down at my desk, well not my desk exactly, but the person who the desk belongs to is away for the week so I decided I'd like to sit next to the window for a change. So anyway, 'my' phone has gone all gotten all existential on me...it's a bit early in the morning for such questions no?
