There's not a lot to do in Tripoli on Sundays, and Oli and Sara came up with the most fabulous idea of brunch.
Carrot cake, Apricot tart, fresh fruit and juices, spinach and ham (!!!!) quiche....*homer drool*
Tomato soup perhaps?
Nay, Bloody Marys (eeeeeewwwww), which were very popular and brought smiles to all those who partook.
My contribution was a banoffee pie...of course, after all the other wonderful sweets and savoury treats we were all extremely full and lazy, so only a tiny bit more was eaten than shown in the photo.
But that means we get to enjoy it for the rest of the week...mmmmm, delicious!
