Reconstruction at Nahr el-Bared halted
Delays said to be down to discovery of Roman ruins underneath camp site.

BEIRUT: Reports about a delay in reconstructing the battered northern refugee camp of Nahr al-Bared led Palestinian authorities to schedule a series of political meetings and stage protests over the weekend.
According to media reports on Saturday, the Unites Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) received a decision to halt all construction works at the Nahr al-Bared camp.
It has been reported that the delay could be due to the discovery of Roman ruins underneath the camp site.
