A world of pain

You know the feeling you get in your body the day after you've run a marathon or competed in the Hawaiian Iron Man competition? Well, let's just imagine together then...

I woke up this morning and could barely move. Just brushing my fingers lightly against my arm was agony, and every time I rolled slightly it felt like a hundred hot pokers sticking into my back. But that aside, I was eager to see the marks the cups had made. I've seen photos of celebrities that have had it done, and they have these elegant little shot glass size dots.

Yeah, remember how I mentioned Janet used normal table tumblers....

That one of the back of my right arm really hurt, I'm surprised it's not the darkest.

The pain I'm feeling didn't come from the suction, it was from the very intense "massage" that I got on certain parts of my body. Janet paid particular attention to my left arm and wrist (after I pointed out the small ganglion I have on my wrist) and wow...I feel like I've gone 12 rounds with Manny Paquiao.

Here's hoping I feel better tomorrow since I've got a 5 hour drive up north to suffer through otherwise!!
